Pocket 2110 ("the App") is developed and maintained by an independent developer. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App.

1. Information We Collect

Pocket 2110 is designed with privacy in mind. The App operates entirely on your local network and does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers.

• No personal data collection: We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information.
• No analytics or tracking: The App does not include any analytics SDKs, tracking pixels, or user behaviour monitoring tools.
• No advertising: The App does not display advertisements and does not share data with any advertising networks.

2. Local Network Access

The App requires access to your local network to discover NMOS (Networked Media Open Specifications) devices using Bonjour/mDNS service discovery. This is essential for the App's core functionality:

• Discovering SMPTE ST 2110 / NMOS nodes on the local network
• Querying device APIs (IS-04 Node API) for sender and receiver information
• Managing connections (IS-05 Connection API) to route signals between devices
• Fetching SDP (Session Description Protocol) manifests from senders

All network communication occurs directly between your device and the NMOS nodes on your local network. No data is sent to any external server.

3. Data Storage

The following data is stored locally on your device only:

• Route logs: A history of routing actions you perform, stored in UserDefaults for your reference. This data never leaves your device.
• PDF exports: Route log exports are generated locally and stored temporarily. You control when and how they are shared.

4. Third-Party Services

Pocket 2110 does not integrate with any third-party services, analytics platforms, crash reporting tools, or cloud storage providers.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share any information with third parties. Since we do not collect any data, there is nothing to share.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is a professional broadcast engineering tool and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

7. Security

Since the App does not collect or transmit personal data to external servers, the primary security consideration is your local network. We recommend:

• Using the App on trusted, secured local networks
• Ensuring your NMOS network follows industry best practices for network security
